We are pleasedto tell you that, from January 2016,Journal of Semiconductors has been indexed in the Emerging Sources CitationIndex (ESCI).
ESCI includes high-quality, peer-reviewed publications ofregional importance and in emerging scientific fields. ESCI will also makecontent important to funders, key opinion leaders, and evaluators visible inWeb of Science™ Core Collection even if it has not yetdemonstrated citation impact on an international audience.
Journals in ESCI have passed aninitial editorial evaluation and can continue to be considered for inclusion inproducts such as SCIE, SSCI, and AHCI, which have rigorous evaluation processesand selection criteria.
All ESCI journals will be indexedaccording to the same data standards, including cover-to-cover indexing, citedreference indexing, subject category assignment, and indexing all authors andaddresses.
ESCI provides Web of Science CoreCollection users with expanded options to discover relevant scholarly content.Get real-time insight into a journal’s citation performance while the contentis considered for inclusion in other Web of Science collections.
