    Research Interests

    1) Growth mechanism and PECVD fabrication of Si-based nanowires for large-scale electronics, sensors and flexible applications;
    2) 3D Si thin film solar cells, photodetectors and other emerging PV materials;
    3) Transport and optical properties of nanostructures targeting at biomimetic functionalities, light emission, memory and single electron logics.
