Properties of Carbon Nanotube Field Emission

Abstract: Carbon nanotube has its advantages as a cathode material for field emission. Good adhesion between the carbon nanotubes and the substrate is obtained by thermal treatment. Testing curves are obtained by measuring the properties of field emission . In addition, the experimental results are analysed, and methods for improving uniformity of the carbon nanotubes are reported.
