Small Size,Low Power RFID RF Front End Circuit Design

Abstract: This paper presents an RFID RF front end circuit,which is compatible with EPC Gen2 protocol.The front end circuit includes rectifier,ASK demodulator,ASK and BPSK modulator.The working frequency is 860~960MHz.The front end circuit is based on NVM and Schottky diode 0.35μm CMOS process.It is found that switched capacitor circuit can reduce power consumption and die area.
