Abstract: 高效硅太阳电池研究在最近几年里取得了重大进展.以低阻区熔硅单晶为基体,国外有几个研究小组先后报道了高于20%的光电转换效率.机电部十八所在这个领域所做的努力取得了相近的结果,4cm~2硅太阳电池的AM_(1.5)效率已达到20.3%。 本文介绍了近期在电池结构设计及工艺上的改进.
